这是 IBM MQ 模块的 qmgr 度量集。它收集队列管理器的状态信息。管理器是一个系统程序，负责维护队列并确保队列中的消息到达目的地。
这是一个默认度量集。如果主机模块未配置，则默认情况下启用此度量集。
